Sarah Hart’s practice areas include Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Real Estate. She has particular expertise assisting with complex Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts for business owners and assisting with family business succession. Sarah also provides real estate services to estates.

Sarah is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
