Michael John McHugh leads the firm’s Corporate-Commercial department. His practice areas include Corporate-Commercial and Estate Planning for business owners. Michael routinely assists businesses of all sizes with incorporations and other structures, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, commercial leasing and secured lending, as well as succession planning.

Michael is a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
