David Ionico leads the firm’s Real Estate and Land Development departments. His practice areas include Land Development, Commercial Real Estate and Corporate-Commercial. In his Land Development and Commercial Real Estate practices, David routinely assists land developers and builders in all aspects of the land development process, including land acquisition, subdivision and condominium approvals and unit sales. David also assists clients with a variety of Corporate-Commercial matters, including structuring, reorganizations and secured lending.

David has had significant involvement with the West End Home Builders’ Association and the Ontario Home Builders’ Association. He is the 2025 Chair (President) of the West End Home Builders’ Association. He is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
