Dan Russell’s practice areas include Corporate-Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Land Development, and Estate Planning. Dan assists business owners with incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial leasing. Dan also assists in the land development process, including land acquisition, subdivision and condominium approvals and unit sales.

Dan is a member of the West End Home Builders’ Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
