Ceili Boer leads the firm’s Litigation department. She is a civil and commercial litigator with experience in both courtroom litigation and private commercial arbitration. Ceili’s practice focuses on providing litigation services to the firm’s business clients, including employment matters including wrongful and constructive dismissals and Employment Standards Act complaints, construction disputes (including the preservation and perfection of construction liens), corporate and shareholder litigation, commercial lease disputes, real estate and property disputes.

In addition to Ceili’s litigation practice, she routinely represents employers and employees with respect to the review and/or preparation of severance packages and employment agreements. Ceili also often assists with the firm’s clients’ corporate-commercial transactions to ensure that employment matters are appropriately addressed.

Ceili is a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
