Catherine Ivey practices exclusively in the area of Corporate-Commercial Law. Although she has diverse experience in this field, her practice focuses on incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing and secured lending.

Catherine has served on several Boards, including the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton and the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
