Rebecca Locksley practices Corporate-Commercial law with the firm. Rebecca routinely assists business owners with incorporations, shareholders and partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial leasing. Although Rebecca provides services to a wide range of businesses, she has particular expertise in the areas of succession planning, land development and construction.

Rebecca is currently a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Hamilton Halton Construction Association.
