Rebecca Locksley is a civil and commercial litigator with a focus on Estate Litigation, Elder Law, Construction Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation. In her Estate Litigation and Elder Law practices, Rebecca has experience with a variety of matters, including power of attorney and incapacity disputes, guardianship applications, applications for directions, will challenges and defences, and equitable claims (quantum meruit, constructive trust). Rebecca also has experience with construction lien and deficiency claims, disputes relating to real estate transactions, latent defects, and Ontario Land Tribunal matters.

Rebecca is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Hamilton Halton Construction Association.
