David Ionico’s practice areas include Commercial Real Estate, with a primary focus on Land Development, and Corporate-Commercial. In his Land Development practice, David routinely assists land developers and builders in all aspects of the land development process, including land acquisition, subdivision and condominium approvals and unit sales. David also assists clients with a variety of Corporate-Commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and secured lending.

David is a member and on the Board of Directors of the West End Home Builders’ Association, as well as a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
